According the Article 64 of the Consumer Code (bylaw 206/2005) our customers have the right of withdrawal.

If the customer is not satisfied or, for any reason, wishes to return the purchase, it is possible within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

We'll not accept the return back for personalized and custom made items.

The consumer, who wants to return back the item, must send an email and wait to receive all informations and documents necessary for the return of the package, or not do it, all costs that will be incurred receive the package, they will be charged to the customer.

The refund will be made in the shortest time possible, and in any event within 14 days of notification of the receipt of the redemption request. Will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer the amount paid for the shipment and any costs incurred in returning.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the customer has received a damaged item, this will be replaced for free.

However, the customer must inform us about the defect within 8 days from the delivery date and the damaged product must arrive at our office in the exact conditions in which it was received and with all its accessories.

 

INDICATIONS ON HOW TO MAKE GOOD RETURNS IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS:

Before sending us any product that you believe is damaged, please, carefully read our return policy and policies.

Please, verify that:

- the defect is attributable to an order error

- the defect is attributable to a factory defect

If there is one of these conditions, please, send an email to customer service at [email protected] communicating the reason for the return (accompanying the email with images of the article, including packaging box ).

The customer will receive a prepaid label and all documents necessary for the return back.

If the instructions are not followed in detail, there will probably be additional costs, which will be charged to the customer.

After receiving the return, and checking the status of the item, well proceed with its replacement or refund, as the customer wishes.

The item will have to return in its original condictions and with all its accessories.

The refund will not be made if they are not verified all the above conditions.
